We inform you of the following intervention planned on your services (Luxembourg time): Client: All Load Balancer Service: Load Balancer Start date & time: 27-10-2026 02:00 PM Duration: 4H End date & time: 27-10-2026 11:30 PM
Intervention description: Following a critical PHP vulnerability, we have to patch our Load Balancers relatively quickly.
The upgrade will be done on separate partitions during working hours.
The switchover to the patched partition will occur between 20:00 and 23:30.
Impact description: Packet loss might occur when the F5 Load Balancers' instances are switched over. There will be two switchovers between 20:00 and 23:30.
Rollback: Possible: Yes Description: Rollback to the previous partition.
