As part of our ongoing commitment to service excellence, we will be performing a planned migration of our File Delivery infrastructure. This is a significant change, and no rollback will be possible once the migration is complete.
Scope and Impact:
Affected Clients: All clients in scope have already been informed by their CSAM, CRM, or Account Manager at MPS at least one month in advance.
Non-Affected Clients: If you have not been contacted directly and are not currently in discussions with us regarding this migration, you are not in scope for this maintenance.
Other Services: Transaction processing and ancillary services are not affected by this migration.
Downtime: We do not expect any downtime for clients in scope. As part of the migration, each client’s legacy file delivery route will be permanently shut down and replaced with a new route from the updated environment. This changeover is managed on a per-client basis and does not constitute downtime.
Rollback: No rollback is possible for this migration. Once completed, the change is permanent.
Completion: Maintenance will be considered complete once announced on this status page. Please assume the environment is undergoing maintenance until you receive confirmation of successful conclusion.
