In an effort to continue providing the best possible service, we will be conducting planned maintenance of our infrastructure, affecting the components listed below.
Planned Change : MPS will remove weak/deprecated TLS 1.2 cipher suites and enable TLS 1.3 for PRE-S & Sandbox environments.
Why: This is required to meet current security standarts and reduce exposure to known cryptographic vulnerabilities.
Customer expectation / action needed: Before the change window (20.05.2026) customers should ensure their browsers and client runtimes are up to date and support TLS1.2+ (preferred TLS1.3) Outdated browsers or legacy clients that only support older TLS versions or weak ciphers may experience TLS handshake/connection failures after the change.
Testing : After the change is applied (20.05.2026) , please validate end to end access to your PRE-S and/or Sandbox endpoints and report any connectivity issues via your normal support channel ( include the endpoint and timestamp).
We do not expect a general downtime for the duration of this intervention, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause in the meantime.
Rollback possible: Yes
All maintenance work can be considered complete once this has been announced on the status page i.e. please assume the environment is undergoing maintenance until you receive confirmation of successful conclusion.
